Garden Oaks offers a newly renovated community pool, new tennis & pickleball courts, 24/7/365 manned security guards, property manager on-site, a full and expansive cable & internet package from Breezeline which started August 1st, 2020. Lawn care of all common areas and front yards is included with the low HOA dues. Lawn care of the backyards are the sole responsibility of each homeowner. Our current Landscaper offers a very low cost quarterly maintenance fee if you wish to use them. If not, you can contract your own landscaper to maintain your backyard. At Garden Oaks you will enjoy the convenience of a great location along with the serenity of a gated neighborhood setting.
